Do I have to be a Member of Fayetteville
Country Club to rent the ballroom?

Fayetteville Country Club is a private club; however, we welcome
non-members to rent our event spaces with a member sponsor.
Can I use my own caterer?
Fayetteville Country Club offers the finest of foods prepared by
our professional culinary staff to provide you an excellent meal or reception.
We do, however, allow you to bring in your own specialty cake for your event.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Fayetteville Country Club offers a full line of alcoholic
beverages, including beers, wines and liquors. 
We will gladly special order products upon request for your occasion.
Outside beverages are not
permitted.
Is there a room charge?
Yes, the room charges vary based on the amount of space needed
and the time of day of your event.
What is included in the room rental?
Our spaces are rented for four hours, with the opportunity to add
additional hours at an additional fee. Included with your rental are all
tables, chairs, silverware, glassware and dance floor.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, for all weddings and large functions, a non-refundable
deposit must accompany all contracts to secure your date. For other events, the
deposit varies depending on the size of the group.
Do you require a contract to secure the room?
Yes, we require a signed contract with a deposit in order to
confirm a booking. 
Can we take pictures at the Club?
We do allow pictures in certain areas of the Club.
Can we have both our ceremony and reception at
the Club?

Yes. We have space to offer that will accommodate both the
ceremony and reception. The maximum capacity for both events is approximately
250 people.
